-
Emergency Same-Day Service: Requests for emergency services.
-
Improperly Disposed Materials: Septic tanks containing a large number of feminine products or non-biodegradable baby wipes, while products are labeled as “flushable” they are not bio-degradable, which requires us to strain and remove these items during the unloading process.
-
Accessibility Concerns: Unable to get our truck within a reasonable distance of the septic tank. Also, navigating challenging terrain with our equipment can pose a safety concern. Additionally, low-hanging electrical wires can limit access as well.
-
Payment Terms: Payment is due on the day of services. Typically, businesses can mail payment. Any outstanding bills that exceed 30 days will occur a late fee.
-
Neglected Tank Maintenance: Failure to have tank pumped on a regular basis. (Refer to the preventative measures page for some helpful recommendations). Regular pumping every 1-6 years is crucial for maintaining a properly functioning system, refer to our homeowner pumping recommendation chart below for guidance if you are not regulated by your township.
Please Note: Lids must be accessible before scheduling for pumping services. Having a riser with exposed standard septic lids is acceptable and preferred.
